Through Therapeutic Massage Therapy, Movement, Holistic Bodywork, and Wellness Education - Chelsea partners with you on your wellness journey to restored health and functioning.


As a Massage Therapist, Educator, and Holistic Bodyworker, Chelsea is not a medical doctor.

She does not diagnose or prescribe.


Instead, she uses her expertise in the human body & soft tissue (muscle, connective tissue, fascia), range of motion, holistic/integrative health solutions, and women's health to holistically partner with you as an individual and support you back to wellness and help you reconnect to your body and tune in to its needs to give it the optimum chance to heal. The care she provides pairs well with that of your standard healthcare professional for those currently under treatment, or with that of your chiropractor or functional medicine professional. She is passionate about bridging the gap between the healthcare system and the holistic needs of her clients.
